Exciting times are upon us, as we celebrate a significant milestone at Boundra — 3 months in, and we have our biggest news yet! Brace yourselves, because this fall, we are thrilled to announce the grand opening of not one, not two, but three new Boundra locations! The overwhelming success of Boundra El Born has laid a solid foundation for our expansion into new and vibrant destinations.

Our unwavering commitment remains unchanged — to offer exceptional and unforgettable experiences for creative individuals seeking more than just a place to stay. Drawing from the invaluable feedback provided by our first two guests, we are constantly evolving and fine-tuning our offerings. Our 3 new locations will all be in Barcelona as well, in the most demanded areas. We are looking at key characteristics for our locations such as:

• Good lighting
• An exposed brick wall
• Close to local coffee shops, bars and restaurants
• Near coworking spaces, and gyms

Experimenting layouts

We are currently experimenting with both 1 and 2-bedroom configurations, exploring various combinations to suit different needs. For our one-bedroom locations, we offer the choice of a dedicated office space or a combined living and working area, providing flexibility to our guests. As for our 2-bedroom setups, each one systematically includes an office. However, a potential challenge arises in this configuration — only one person can have a dedicated office space, leaving the second person to work in the common area. Nevertheless, we are determined to find creative solutions that ensure everyone can work productively without inconveniencing each other. Our focus is on designing spaces that inspire and enable each individual’s productivity, fostering a harmonious environment for all.

At Boundra, we understand the significance of features like balconies and terraces, recognizing that our guests thrive on good lighting and open air to fuel their creativity. Boundra El Born is particularly fortunate in this regard, boasting the luxury of double balconies on each side. This unique arrangement not only facilitates a refreshing flow of fresh air but also treats our guests to the pleasure of experiencing two distinct and inspiring sceneries to gaze upon.
